These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of GPS Location Simulator (the "App"), By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of the App

GPS Simulator is a location simulation and route-planning tool that allows users to:

• Select and simulate locations on a map

• Create and simulate custom routes

• Adjust simulated travel speed and travel mode

• Explore locations using map and 3D map features

• Save locations and routes

• Import and simulate GPX files

• Explore destinations and routes for testing, planning, and other permitted purposes

The App is provided as a simulation and utility tool. It does not change your actual physical location or guarantee that third-party applications will recognize or accept a simulated location.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not use the App to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation

• Commit fraud, deception, or other unlawful activity

• Circumvent security, access controls, or technical restrictions

• Interfere with or disrupt services, networks, or systems

• Misrepresent your identity or activities

• Use simulated locations in connection with activities that are prohibited by applicable laws or the rules of third-party services

You are responsible for determining whether your use of simulated locations is permitted by any third-party application, service, game, platform, employer, institution, or other organization.

3. Third-Party Services

The App may display maps, geographic information, routes, imagery, or other content provided by third-party services.

Third-party services may have their own terms, restrictions, licenses, and privacy policies. Your use of those services may be subject to their respective terms.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, including their availability, accuracy, functionality, policies, or changes.

4. Location Information

GPS Simulator may use location-related information and map data to provide its features.

The App's simulated location is intended for simulation and testing purposes. You should not rely on simulated location information for navigation, emergency services, safety-critical decisions, or determining your actual physical location.

Always use appropriate navigation and location services for real-world travel and safety.

5. GPX Files

The App may allow you to import GPX files.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use any GPX files you import into the App.

You must not use the GPX import feature to upload or process content that you do not have the right to use or that violates applicable laws.

6. Subscriptions

Certain features of the App may require an auto-renewable subscription.

Available subscription options, prices, durations, and features are displayed in the App and through the App Store.

If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

• Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

• Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.

• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.

• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Subscription availability, pricing, and features may vary by region and may change in accordance with applicable rules and platform requirements.

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.

7. Free Trials

If we offer a free trial, the duration and terms of the trial will be displayed at the time of purchase.

Unless cancelled in accordance with Apple's subscription management procedures, a subscription may automatically begin after the free trial period and the applicable subscription fee may be charged.

8. Refunds

Purchases made through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple.

Requests for refunds should be submitted to Apple in accordance with Apple's refund procedures and applicable policies.

We do not have direct control over Apple's billing or refund decisions.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, interface, branding, graphics, text, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as permitted by law or expressly authorized by us, you may not:

• Copy or reproduce the App

• Modify or create derivative works based on the App

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

• Redistribute or commercially exploit the App

• Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

10. User Content

You retain ownership of content that you provide to the App, including GPX files and routes you create, to the extent you have rights in that content.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate applicable laws or the rights of others.

11. Accuracy and Availability

We aim to provide a useful and reliable experience, but map data, geographic information, routes, 3D imagery, and other information may contain errors or become outdated.

We do not guarantee that:

• Map or location information will always be accurate

• Routes will always be available or correct

• 3D imagery will be available for every location

• GPX files will always be compatible

• The App will always be available or operate without interruption

• Simulated locations will be recognized by third-party applications

Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

12. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability of the App for any particular purpose.

GPS Simulator is not intended to replace professional navigation systems, emergency location services, or safety-critical positioning systems.

Do not rely on the App for emergency calls, emergency response, navigation where safety depends on accurate positioning, or other safety-critical purposes.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App.

This includes, without limitation, losses resulting from reliance on simulated locations, routes, map information, third-party services, or GPX data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Changes to the App

We may update, modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features of the App at any time.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we may update the "Last updated" date above.

Your continued use of the App after changes to these Terms means that you accept the updated Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App or certain features if you violate these Terms or where necessary to protect the App, our users, or third parties.

You may stop using the App at any time.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that by their nature should survive termination.

16. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, and handled.

17. Apple App Store Terms

These Terms are between you and us and not with Apple.

Your use of the App must also comply with the applicable terms and conditions of Apple's App Store.

Apple is not responsible for the App, its content, maintenance, support, or warranty obligations, except as required under applicable law.

Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the App or your possession and use of the App.
